Storage (Resting) Tank

The Storage (Resting) Tank is an industrial storage system designed to maintain chocolate at a controlled temperature and stabilize its crystal structure.

The Storage (Resting) Tank is designed to ensure process continuity and maintain product quality in chocolate production lines.

It allows chocolate to be stored at a controlled temperature during post-production or intermediate process stages. While resting inside the tank, chocolate completes its crystallization process and reaches a stable consistency. This stage is critical for achieving the desired gloss, flow properties, and smooth surface quality in the final product.

An integrated mixing system ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the tank and prevents fat separation. Thanks to the resistance heating system, temperature stability is maintained continuously.

With capacity options of 500 kg, 1000 kg, 2500 kg, and 5000 kg, it is suitable for different production scales. The bottom-mounted transfer pump enables continuous and controlled transfer of chocolate to the next production stage.

Its stainless steel construction complies with hygiene standards and ensures long-lasting performance under industrial production conditions.

This system is a critical component for line balancing, production buffering, and quality stabilization.
