Industrial Chocolate Tempering Machine

The Industrial Chocolate Tempering Machine is a precision temperature-controlled production system that stabilizes the crystal structure of chocolate, ensuring high gloss, ideal snap, and extended shelf life.

The Industrial Chocolate Tempering Machine is designed to perform one of the most critical stages of chocolate production with high precision and full control.

The tempering process stabilizes the cocoa butter into the correct crystal form (β crystal structure). This ensures that the chocolate achieves high gloss, a smooth surface, a clean snap, and stable melting characteristics.

The machine automatically manages controlled heating, cooling, and re-heating balancing phases. Thanks to its multi-zone temperature control system, chocolate reaches the ideal melting and crystallization points. The homogeneous mixing system ensures uniform crystal distribution, guaranteeing product consistency.

With a capacity of 750 kg/h, it is suitable for medium and large-scale production facilities. Its powerful motor and heating system provide stable and continuous operation performance.

The stainless steel construction complies with hygiene standards and allows easy integration into production lines.
