The Industrial Powder Grinder is a high-performance system designed for micron-level grinding of crystalline sugar used in chocolate and confectionery production.

With a capacity of 1000 kg/h, it ensures continuous and stable operation in high-volume production lines. Its powerful main motor enables controlled particle reduction and uniform particle distribution of sugar.

The grinding system achieves approximately 80% fineness in the range of 25–40 microns, creating an ideal particle structure for chocolate production. Thanks to its adjustable micron range, different powder fineness levels can be obtained according to production requirements.

An integrated screw feeding system ensures consistent and controlled material flow into the grinder. This design improves energy efficiency while maintaining production stability.

The stainless steel construction complies with hygiene standards and allows easy integration into food production lines.
