The Industrial Tunnel Oven is a high-capacity continuous production system designed for the uniform, controlled, and uninterrupted baking of cakes, bars, biscuits, and similar products.

The Industrial Tunnel Oven is a continuous belt baking system designed for the balanced and controlled cooking of raw products in high-volume production lines. As products move along the conveyor belt, they pass through multiple staged heat zones, ensuring uniform baking throughout the process.

Thanks to its multi-zone temperature control system, individual heat settings can be configured for each production recipe. This allows full internal baking of the product while ensuring controlled surface coloration. The advanced air circulation system distributes heat evenly across all surfaces, reducing risks such as burning, collapse, or uneven rising.

Its optimized fan and air duct design combines high performance with energy efficiency. The gradual heat transition maintains internal moisture balance and achieves the desired product texture.
