The Chocolate Enrobing Machine is a high-performance industrial coating system designed to uniformly coat the bottom, top, or entire surface of products with chocolate while ensuring precise temperature and flow control.

The Chocolate Enrobing Machine is an industrial coating system designed to coat the bottom, top, or entire surface of cakes, biscuits, wafers, bars, dragees, and similar products with chocolate. Thanks to advanced enrobing technology, chocolate is applied evenly and uniformly to the product surface.

The machine maximizes coating quality through precise temperature control and an adjustable chocolate flow system. Its special curtain coating and bottom coating mechanisms create a smooth, glossy, and professional appearance on the product surface. Excess chocolate is balanced through vibration and air-blowing systems to achieve the ideal coating thickness.

The conveyor transport system is designed to operate as an integrated part of the production line. When used together with a cooling tunnel, rapid crystallization is achieved after coating, allowing the production process to continue without interruption.

Its stainless steel construction complies with hygiene standards and is manufactured using food-contact-approved materials. The easy-to-clean design simplifies maintenance procedures and reduces downtime. Through the PLC-controlled interface, temperature, conveyor speed, and chocolate flow rate can be adjusted with precision.
